She is actually pretty good I think. Very similar to XI if had to choose a version to compare. She has a sA into sC string. You can cB, cB, cA into qcb+A (x3) for easy combo. And her jD is such a good CU (cross up) attack.

My current max combo for Kasumi is;

sC, f+A (1hit), max (if you max after the FIRST hit of f+A, it has almost NO pushback), run, sC, f+A (1h), f,hcf+C (grab, 3hit), qcb+C, qcb+C, qcb+D... then LINK the MAX2 off of the last hit... not cancel, LINK. If done right it should be 20hits, and around 75% damage.
Did some further testing with the Kasumi middle of the screen combo: s.C, f+A [1hit], BC, s.C, f+A, hcb~f+P. Turns out some characters can do 2 hits on the second f+A and some can't. I know Beni and Nameless will get pushed back too far if you try 2 hits whereas Vice and Kasumi will not.

Just do f+A[1hit] twice just to be safe.

Well i got my game back, and uploading a vid as we speak. I did testings aswell see what I have when its done.

Edit: Vid is up. Basically what i did was tested the combo above. I did find that the combo wasnt hitting character like beni but sometimes it was. To me, it seem like you have to have precise timing and execute the hcb,f+C command attack just before they get pushed back from the f+A (2 hits). I did it in slow mo to show the differences between them.

Do keep in mind tho, that it took a few goes to get it to work, so its definitely safer bet to do just f+A (1hit) across the board rather then two. But to help thos who want to get more damage and look fancier, should see what characters get pushed back more then other so we can single out who you definitely cant do this combo to, and who you can.

The last part is a small strat i think may help ingame. Especially someone that likes to roll.

I also found that her jD has HUGE window for hitting. You can start it early and still hit on the way down. Its also her best CU attack option.

Did even more testing and it turns out the final qcb+K in the combo has to be the B version in order for the HSDM to connect. So once again for clarification:

s.C, f+A[1hit], BC s.C, f+A[1hit], hcb~f+C[3hits], qcb+P, qcb+P, qcb+B, qcfx2+AC HSDM
