Standing and low D cancellable.
df+A - Uppercut. Lacks forward range.
P,P,P - Vulcan punch, pushes back the opponent but not into the air. Does shitload of damage.
qcf+P - Waistline punch, has autoguard, A version comes out faster while C version is slower, but has a longer autoguard.
qcb+P - Ground explody punch, A version comes out pretty fast and good for combos. C version is his anti-air, some invincibility and from what I tried, annoying as heck. Still, not much frontal range.
qcfx2+P - Galatica Phantom. Reduced range, not unblockable but can guard crush. Comes out way faster and thus can be used in combos. No idea if it has autoguard or not.
Low C -> CD -> P,P,P/qcfx2+P
(corner) C -> CD -> qcb+A -> P,P,P
Low B -> Low A -> P,P,P
CC combo (corner): Standing D x 2-3 -> P,P,P -> Standing D -> qcf+A -> Low C -> CD -> qcfx2+P/(qcb+P -> P,P,P) - Damage not as high as you thought...
