I don't use him normally but I faced someone using him. Nothing seems changed from what I saw.

No special conditions (e.g., corner) stated. Looks like he's one of the characters who benefits quite a bit from Extra mode meter.

As long as the second
+P is the A version it'll setup a juggle afterwards.

then you have to choose the one that gives you more gauge, or less for your opponent =p

Via QM yes its possible. With the same combo but SDM, you can do
+C for two more hits.

Although the combo is surprisingly weak for how stylish it is, albeit, stylish. =)
