From what I gather, seeing another VS game could be taking chances. X Tekken is a mixed bag, but it could work out.
But for VS SNK 3, that is a tough call to make. We hit a max roster, all that's needed is to mix-up gameplay with 3 on 3 teams (KOF 2k3 switch style)

I want it! I used to play the hell out of those at friends house's when I was a kid. The new one is looking to be actually good and they seem to give a damn about it finally. I'm pre-ordering for Eddie probally sooner or later.

This is like, one of the better knock offs from the recent KOF engine ... that other Korean mobile game was atrocious.

Borrowed this link from SRK, but it deserves to be mentioned here. This is a great (and rare) interview with the current head of Dimps, Takashi Nishiyama, and is relevant to your interests because Nishiyama was not only the original creator of Street Fighter during his time at Capcom but also subsequently the mastermind behind most of SNK's fighting games like Fatal Fury, Samurai Shodown, Art of Fighting, and of course KoF. He calls Fatal Fury his own personal vision of what Street Fighter 2 would have been. Worth a read.
