And yes, I shall be maining Maya, the video actually got me interested, whereas the original game's trailer did practically nothing for me. The part in the vid where pitchford said, "You see all that? That's playable area." Sold.....

So, we completely ripped out the UI - there's a completely new UI for PC, it's mouse-driven, supports drag-and-drop, all of the things that you would expect in a PC title. Good to hear. I hope we get some additional options (or at least cvars) to adjust stuff like mouse acceleration, FoV etc.

Trailer looks awesome - I'm even more pysched now. And the Zero ninja/hunter looking character actually might challenge Maya for my character of choice. I actually like the soldier guy too - the only character design I don't like is Salvator.

Odd that they are making a big deal out of split screen - this was in the original IIRC. Maybe it's split screen with two different PSN accounts (so you can retain your XP and loot)?

Saw Borderlands GOTY edition (to bone up on the game before the new one comes out in less than a month.

I enjoyed it way more than I expected. Used Lilith, currently lvl 39 at the time.I beat the initial game, now running through the DLC. Currently on Dr. Ned, then I'll do Knoxx and then Claptrap. Not sure I'll be doing 2nd playthrough..it's just a warm up so I'm up to speed for BL2.

I'm assuming we will all be on PS3 (I bought the 360 version, prior to finding out you get some extra goodies by having a BL1 save on your system)?
