Remember that the KOF XIII winner gets a ticket to Evo or whatever has been raised in the pot.  The thing is, that ticket is going to be really expensive, so we need more entrants!  Here’s a little incentive:

As you can see above, I did a little shopping in Japan.  It’s time for some raffles!  These are only for the KOF XIII entrants.

• If you have entered GOD, you will automatically be entered into raffle #1.
• If you sign up for GOD after the date of this post, you will be entered into raffle #2.
• If you can get someone to sign up for GOD, you will be entered into raffles #1 and #3.
