First of all, thanks from me (Gunsmith) to all who donated (Especially Abdullah Al-Jodi, Nicholas Maloney plus that other guy who preferred to remain anonymous) to helped the KOF community reach their pot goal to help Maxmode run the XIII stand with NeoLegend and Rising Star Games, who brought six setups all the way from London, on the Eurostar, to Paris.  And now a message from Hokuto Youssef himself:

 Wow impressive!

I am really impressed about what just happened.
This is the true (maybe the only) meaning of being part of the community!
I’d like to thank, from the bottom of my heart, each and every one of you who supported us, to make such things happen.
You know, it’s been a while since I have known Gunsmith and Orochinagi, but unfortunately since those days, the Kof License has been going down… I am one of those guys who try to do my best to promote Kof and to help the community when I can. But I am 30 years old right now and it is more and more difficult to find some time to organize an event, I have my wife at home (and soon a little boy/girl), my work and other stuff that makes things much more complicated.
I wish I had tons of money, or a great editor who can really help me out, but for now, I have to do almost everything on my own… Of course I have some buddies who really help me out, but for most of the time I have to do everything on my own, and sometimes it is really difficult.
I wish it is possible to love Kof and have a quite normal family life, but when you are married, how can you explain to your wife that you are going to spend €200+ to play a videogame all week long? I am feeling like those guys in tv shows who show the love they have for tuning (cars), and all the time they give up… But I am not! I am sure we can have a social life and still play and enjoy Kof, it can also be a really strong good thing, when you are surrounded with great guys like you…
Well I still want to thank Orochinagi for supporting KOF community since so long and of course all of you.
As a “reward” here are some “exclusives” pictures from our Stand ;)
Best regards :)

Keep an eye on, they already posted results of the beginner’s tournament. Results of the pro tournament and videos will be going up very soon!!!

I don’t appear in any of those photos, how disappointing! :)

Seriously though, a HUGE thanks to Youssef and Maxmode for arranging this. It was totally worth the experience just to meet everyone there…and see the looks on customs officers when I had to open my suitcase to reveal 6 Xbox 360s…classic!
