So….. What has K’ have to do with any of this?
uhh… ins’t k’ like between 15 and 16
between 16 and 18, but he doesn’t exactly know where. (Neither do we, with that time aging freezing effect or something that everyone suffers in KoF)

It’s still hard to believe K’ is a teenager though. Always thought he was in his early 20′s.

From what I remember, K’s age was unknown, but looking at some old FAQs, he is listed as probably between 16-18. A good way again, to appeal to fans. Frankly, K’ being 16 still doesn’t justify going out with a 14 year old, in my opinion!
We can hope SNK was just being vague and they (along with whip) are just one big family of cloned DNA.
Storyline wise…
K” is a kidnapped human with Added DNA.
Whip is a clone of a dead person (K’s sister) (This was more deeply depicted on an official novel).
Kula is built a from scratch + invitro + artificial human (it looks like K9999 and Nameless are like that as well).
If we are speaking of genes wise, K’ and Kula aren’t related at all. Both where “tailored” using Kyo’s genomes, but Kula received an altered version where the DNA was practically inverted. Speaking of genes, you need a certain % of similarity to be classified as brother and sister, Kula having “opposite”.
…. Of course, the more you look at it; the more of a complete mess that this whole clone business is. I personally didn’t hated it, but I would have liked if they would have touched the true roots of the non petri dish characters.
Now, speaking of a values thing, lately K’ and Kula they have been acting more like a comedy act rather than former rivals or anything, the exact type of humor kinda hints to a siblings ~ childhood friends thing, but maybe those are just my thoughts after all.
Kula was 14 at her debut in 2000. How could she still be 14 if a new KOF tourney happens every year? She has to be at least 18 now.
Same reason Kyo didn’t graduate school for so long. Heck, I’m not even sure if he even did! KOF characters don’t really age. They had to fire Mai’s seiyuu coz they didn’t want fans to think too hard about aging…
And as for the clone saga, I thought it was a complete mess and I’m waiting to see how Wry Guy compiles it for the KOF Love Letter. I remember the story actually changing before the game was released… if only my hard drive hadn’t died, I’d have proof!

2001 – Ikari team found out Whip and Kula ada siblings (Ikari teamn ending, THE PICTURE IS SO OBVIOUS)
2003 – K’s team ending EXPLAINS EVERYTHING.
There’s nothing wrong in grooming, patting, hugging ur own baby sister. Unless you dislike having a sister.
